DELIVERY
Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of personalised apparel such as the NAMEDAY designs. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during busy periods up to 14 days.
Products on Pre-order We typically make new releases available first as pre-order before general release. Please check the general release date and allow. 4
For All Other Designs delivery estimates are between 3-5 days, but in busy periods may take up to 7 days.
Due to our commitment to sustainability and 'green shipping', we send our orders out in batches twice a week. So we appreciate our community's understanding and patience. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Please note: NameDay designs ( products with the days of the week and personalised names) will not be refundable, unless the error is on our part and we have sent you the wrong name product. We hope you can understand, as those items are handmade and specifically personalised and made-to-order.
UK Returns
Simply email us for the return address at team@ydayapparel.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).
International Returns
Please note that YDay Apparel will not be liable for any postage cost when you are returning any item.
Please email team@ydayapparel.com for the return address, with your order number and reason for the return.
Once you have sent the item(s) please provide us with proof of return AND tracking number (Without this the processing of your return will be delayed). Once we receive the item(s), we shall then proceed to send you a Store Credit via email. Sale items can only be returned for STORE CREDIT.
REFUNDS
Please note Store Credit’s will not include any previous shipping costs.
Upon receipt it takes about 5 working days to process your return.
All payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card
